Delete your Stanca account

This website does not host Stanca app user accounts. Expense data is not stored in the website waitlist or contact form. Account deletion below refers to the Stanca mobile app.

If you can open Stanca on your phone:

1. Open Stanca.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the deletion information.
6. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

If those in-app controls are not yet available in your build, email support@stancaapp.com with the subject “Account deletion” and we will help through a verified process.

Depending on information associated with your app account, deletion may include:

• profile details;
• expenses, budgets and related records stored with Stanca;
• receipts or documents stored with Stanca (not files already in your own Google account, which you manage there);
• notification tokens and preferences; and
• authentication/session association for that account.

Signing out is not the same as deleting your account. Files already saved in your Google Drive or Sheets remain under your Google account until you delete them there.

Email support@stancaapp.com from the address associated with your Stanca account. For security, we may need to verify you are authorised to request deletion. We will not ask for your password by email.

To remove a waitlist email or ask us to delete a contact-form message we still hold, email support@stancaapp.com. This does not delete a Stanca app account by itself.

Some information may remain temporarily in restricted backups or security logs where immediate removal is not practicable. It should not be restored for ordinary product use and should fall away according to Stanca's backup practices once those are fully documented.
